Errors and abuses are eliminated, and a fair and reasonable
reimbursement recommendation made before discussions begin.
Most negotiation services simply take a percentage discount
from billed charges, rather than first determining if the
charges are fair. By negotiating up from a reasonable reimbursement
level, rather than down from billed charges, Qmedworx assists
payers in achieving a fair and cost-effective settlement.
As part of the negotiation process, the provider signs an
agreement acknowledging acceptance of the Qmedworx’s
recommended payment to help prevent balance billing to the
member, patient, injured worker or payer.
