Qmedtrix Fills Key Staff Positions

PORTLAND, OR, November 10, 2006–Qmedtrix Systems, Inc., a leading provider of specialty bill review and other cost-containment services is pleased to announce the addition of two new employees – Fritz Stephens-Tiley and Catherine Davis – to its team of talented professionals. As Qmedtrix’s new Director of Reimbursement Analysis, Fritz Stephens-Tiley will work with the product management team to define opportunities and to develop reimbursement methodologies in support of Qmedtrix repricing solutions. He brings more than 16 years of health care reimbursement experience, most recently managing a freestanding ambulatory surgery center. Mr. Stephens-Tiley was also a member of the board of directors of the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Associates, serving as their Vice President from 2003 to 2006. Catherine Davis, Associate of Dispute Resolution, joins Qmedtrix from Thrun Law Firm, PC where she was a research assistant. While at Thrun, she completed her law degree at Michigan State University College of Law and passed the Michigan Bar Exam in July 2006. She is primarily responsible for monitoring and reviewing state legislative changes that impact medical reimbursement, as well as assisting in managing Qmedtrix’s legal caseload for all fifty states. Ms. Davis is a current member of the American Bar Association and the American Constitution Society. Qmedtrix is also pleased to announce the promotion of Alaka Sarangdhar to the position of Director of Product Development. She will manage the overall direction of the Product Development team focused on new technology solutions in support of Qmedtrix products and services. Ms. Sarangdhar brings 20 years of experience in managing global teams of engineers to bring hi-tech products in the world market. She has been an employee of Qmedtrix since October 2005. About
