| PORTLAND,
May 14, 2004–For the second year in
a row, Qmedtrix was named among Oregon’s leading technology
and software firms in the Business Journal of Portland’s
annual list of Top 50 Technology and Software Companies.
Qmedtrix climbed the rankings to 32nd place from 36th in
the previous year. The list, which ranked the companies by
2003 total revenues, was published in the February 20 edition
of the Business Journal.
“It’s a great honor to be ranked among the most
innovative, leading-edge technology companies in the state,”
said Todd McLean, vice president of Business Development.
“We’re delighted to be recognized for our success
in the marketplace and our ability to deliver innovative services
that are driven by our decision software and cost-containment
systems and services to the health care industry nationwide.”
Qmedtrix had a tremendous 2003: recording revenue growth
of more than 90 percent and increasing its staff by almost
100 percent. Recognizing the company’s phenomenal growth,
the Business Journal named Qmedtrix to last year’s list
of 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Qmedtrix also was
named Growth Company of the Year by the Oregon Entrepreneurs
Forum and included in Deloitte and Touche’s prestigious
