Quality Assurance Analyst
Develops and performs quality assurance testing for products and documentation that meets or exceeds company quality objectives; evaluates and tests software programs throughout the software development life cycle to verify that programs function according to specifications and standards.

- Contributes to the establishment and implementation of standards and procedures for quality assurance testing; applies knowledge of industry standard QA/Test practices.
- Develops, executes, and maintains test plans, test designs, and test cases, including the use of automated test tools.
- Documents, tracks, and communicates test plans, test designs, test setup procedures, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems.
- Identifies, analyzes, and documents defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
- Reviews business requirements and technical product specifications to ensure overall product quality; reviews user documentation for completeness, correctness, clarity, and ease of use.
- Works under minimal supervision. Follows established procedures.
- Interfaces with Development and Support Team to gather business information, technical product information, understand product functionality and interoperability requirements, communicate test results, resolve quality issues, and implement quality enhancement procedures.
- Contributes to the development of accurate project schedules through providing estimates.
