Responsible for monitoring and reviewing state fee schedules, research and complete monthly reports on legal changes, and assist in the management
of a nationwide case load. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required; admission to
the Oregon State Bar.
Bill Review Analyst
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, processing, analyzing, and reviewing all medical bill types with a basic understanding of
multiple state fee schedules. Ability to interact and communicate with multiple departments.One to three year industry experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Remote work situation available for specially qualified applicants.
Bill Auditor - Data Entry
Performs data entry of assigned bills from very simple to very complex medical procedures.
Medical Fee Negotiator
Audit, review, recommend and negotiate reasonable and customary values for workers’ compensation, auto and group health provider billings
nationwide. Minimum of three years negotiation experience required; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, experience in an
applicable field a plus. Remote work situation available for specially qualified applicants.
Senior Customer Service Representative
Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls from the customer service line, client line and back up for main line. Respond to all
incoming email and fax requests directly to customer service. Back up Account Managers when necessary. Receive, prepare and send all legal notifications
to Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department.
National Sales Representative
Sells services to prospects. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; minimum 3 years industry related experience. Prefer
current or previous experience with a PPO, HMO, TPA, or insurance carriers. Strong knowledge in one or a combination of: workers’ compensation,
union trusts, group health, auto medical claims and federal programs.
