Junior Account Manager
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve in an informal team setting. Ability to consistently interact with staff in a professional, cooperative manner.

- Work with the Business Development team in identifying key contacts within the companies we serve. Determine reporting expectations and frequency, services that will be provided, and establish strategic communication plans.
- Develop relationships within client offices that span all levels and departments.
- Plan for and analyze problems and opportunities with clients.
- Identify potential revenue impact due to changes in the client’s business, market, and people. Be able to anticipate and discuss revenue changes due to legislative (fee schedule) changes.
- Oversee projects associated with assigned clients, including but not limited to new business development (expand services, “roll on” new states, offer other Qmedtrix subsidiary services).
- Evaluate assigned client’s business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional savings for the client and revenue for Qmedtrix.
- Provide monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting. Many times this requires going to the client’s office for meetings twice per year.
- Ability to travel by air to visit clients on-site.
- Requires traveling to various conferences where attendance is required: the booth, in-client meetings, and evening events.
- Revenue trending and reporting to Supervisor for any anomalies in bill volume and/or revenue, states, and general services.
